RIOTORTO FERREIROS ROUTE

JOMACA or MAF, in Riotorto, shape the hard steel as their ancestors did. Using the fire of the forges fed with coal, the zafra, the mallets and the hammer, the blacksmiths create cutting tools such as razors, knives and sickles. We complement it with the Ruta do Ferro and the Ferreiravella mallet from 1742. Rehabilitated, it is currently part of a Recreational Area and Ethnographic Complex
