ARTISAN NEIGHBORHOOD OF MONDOÑEDO

The Barrio dos Muíños in Mindo is a traditional artisan. Potteries mold clay to obtain both modern and traditional objects that are then decorated by hand. A stonemason who traditionally carves granite, marble and slate to achieve unique pieces. Next door, Ton Arenas, a set designer and poster artist, also makes and manages puppets and their sets.
