WELLBEING DAY

Description

A day to learn to disconnect from routine and worries, feel good, and enjoy sharing. Let yourself be carried away by the elements, water, fire, air and earth on a different day, focused on well-being. At Finca Galea we propose a day in which to carry out activities to enjoy the environment, nature and our interior, starting with a conscious walk through the farm and an introduction to Mindfulness or calm mind, continuing with a vegetarian meal to nourish the body, a movement activity to activate digestion (Chi Kung) and ending with a small percussion and singing activity to balance the body before leaving.

Information of interest

In the event that weather conditions do not allow outdoor activities to be carried out, these will be replaced by related ones, such as manual craft workshops.
Movement activities (Chi Kung) can be replaced by coordination exercises and stretching and/or dancing.
