For experienced riders with a desire to ride. If you are looking for an intense route with wide gallops along the river, narrow passes, bridges and amazing views… and a barbecue… this is your plan!
We prepare horses at the farm and head to Ribeira de Obispo to enjoy several kilometres of route along the Sor surrounded by native forest. We will stop at an old stone mill converted as a mountain refuge to light the fire where we will enjoy a good barbecue.
After a chat and maybe a swim, we will continue our way following the route next to the river up to the Cascón refuge from where we will start our way back home after an amazing day.
It is important to bear in mind that this route is demanding, you will have to dismount in some sections if the terrain is wet, there are narrow passages, steep slopes and some bridges.
