The Commonwealth guarantees that it has obtained the information contained on the website from reliable and appropriate sources, as well as having adopted the pertinent
measures that guarantee truthful, accurate, complete and up-to-date information. However, the Mancomunidad is not responsible for information provided by or obtained from third parties,
inaccurate, not updated, incomplete or the lack of legality thereof.
The use of links or access links to other web pages, other than our own, which the user can access through this website, will also not be the responsibility of the Commonwealth.
Data protection and privacy policy
The Commonwealth will only have access to those personal data provided voluntarily by the user, through their registration on the Commonwealth's website,
The Mancomunidade informs you that this personal data will be collected in an automated file owned by it, subject to a clause informing the user. Completing the form will imply that you give your consent and accept the processing of your data.
In the event that the data is not truthful, complete and updated, or that the mandatory fields are not completed, the Commonwealth may proceed to withdraw the registration request.

The communication that, in this regard, may be sent to the Commonwealth, may be sent to users, either by ordinary mail, email or by fax or other equivalent means of communication.
You may access, cancel, rectify or oppose the processing of your data by contacting the Mancomunidad by means of written notification, which must include a copy of the DNI, residence card or valid passport, to the Mancomunidad de Concellos de Ferrol in Praza de Armas, s/n 15402 Ferrol A Coruña or to the Mancomunidades de Concellos da Mariña Lucense in Rúa Vila, 63 San Cosme de Barreiros, Lufo.
In the event of transfer of the data provided by the user to third parties, the Mancomunidad undertakes, in advance, to inform and obtain the user's consent, expressing the purpose of said transfer and the identity of the transferee.
The Mancomunidad maintains an appropriate level of security for the protection of the personal data processed, trying to avoid, at all times, unauthorized access, loss of data and modifications thereof not permitted by Law.
